Alice Waters & the Visionary Award Series at the New Museum 2011

Chef Ignacio Mattos commissioned me to make a custom menu celebrating Alice Waters. She was receiving the Visionary Award at the New Museum and he was creating a special meal for her.  Ignacio combined traditional Korean ingredients with Union Square greenmarket goodness; very inspiring.  I am so pleased with the end result. The dinner was a huge success and the food was gorgeous and delicious.
